NANOOK

NANOOK is the commercial name under which Nanook Cools operates this online store and offers its products.

All agreements entered into through this online store are concluded with Nanook Cools, trading under the commercial name NANOOK.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Consumers are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable Belgian consumer law.

For new consumer goods, the statutory guarantee is in principle 2 years from the date of delivery of the product.

If a product does not correspond to what was ordered or does not meet what a consumer may reasonably expect, the consumer is entitled to the rights and remedies provided for under applicable law.
